  • How does the booking/check-in process work?
    Once you find the property that best suits your needs, you'll be able to pay securely through our portal. You'll receive a confirmation via email once your payment has been processed. 48 hours prior to your arrival, you'll receive simple self-check-in instructions that will guide you to your selected Heightened Hospitality property. Our team will be available as a resource throughout your entire stay for anything you may need.
  • Are there long-term stay options available?
    Interested in an extended stay in one of our properties? Please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss long-term accommodation options that suit your needs.
  • How can I make a reservation through the Heightened Hospitality website?
    Clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button directs you to our secure Booking platform, ensuring complete privacy and safety of your card details during reservation.
  • How can I cancel or change my reservation?
    You have a 48-hour grace period post-booking to cancel without any charge. Need to make changes beyond that? Contact us, and we'll find the best solution together.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
